I'm a chef. I compared boxed macaroni and cheese from 5 brands, and there are a few I'd consider buying again.
The overall flavor was similar to that of the original 1937 powdered-cheese formula, just a bit more buttery. Really, this feels like the mature older brother to the original Kraft dinner.
