A bill to place audio recording devices in Arkansas school locker rooms is headed to Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders' desk.

Concerns about bullying or assaults in public school locker rooms certainly aren't misplaced, but a solution advanced by the Arkansas Legislature still feels a bit, well, creepy.
