One of the only remaining buildings in the ghost town of Clements, Kansas, is for sale for $95,000. The building, once a post office and general store, has original flooring and tin ceilings.
Other states with a large number of ghost towns are California with 346 and Kansas with 308. Rhode Island and Connecticut are home to the fewest, with just one and four, according to a release.
