A former Bengals linebacker is headed out west. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported Akeem Davis-Gaither is signing a two-year, $11 million deal with the Cardinals. The solid backup played a few meaningful roles for Cincinnati over the past five seasons and is seemingly getting replaced by Oren Burks after the former Eagles linebacker signed with Cincinnati on Monday.

Right before the NFL's negotiating window for free agents opened the Arizona Cardinals got a couple of deals done to keep their offensive line strong. Since the window opened it seems the Cardinals have been all about their defense.

Not long after the Cincinnati Bengals agreed to terms with a Super Bowl-winning linebacker in the tampering window of NFL free agency, a free agent at the same position left for a new team. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Akeem Davis-Gaither has agreed to a two-year deal worth $11 million with the Arizona Cardinals.
