Chief National Reporter Steve Wyche says the Cleveland Browns should attempt to pursue Atlanta Falcons quarterback Kirk Cousins.

Kirk Cousins may not be an Atlanta Falcons quarterback for much longer. The 36-year-old Cousins, who was benched after Week 15 for first-round rookie quarterback Michael Penix Jr., informed Falcons owner Arthur Blank in a meeting March 12 of his hopes of playing for a team where he can start.

Cousins was linked with the Browns almost immediately after the Falcons turned to Michael Penix Jr., as he had Cleveland HC Kevin Stefanski as a QBs coach and OC when the two were previously with the Vikings.
