Ogden police arrested a man accused of taking a car unlawfully and intentionally ramming into other cars while intoxicated before getting into a physical altercation with a stranger.

An Ogden man on Monday entered guilty pleas for charges including financial and identity crimes, after prosecutors and his attorney reached a plea agreement.
