According to USA Today, the woman who filmed the footage was staying at a hotel in the town for a ski expedition. The woman, Rebecca Baack, told the outlet that the encounter occurred around midnight on Sunday. She said she was "terrified," to say the least, for the man who may have been a hotel employee.
