Smoked Pork Chili Recipe!

Can smoked meat get even better?? One of my favorites to do with leftover meat from smoking is to make them into soups!
This time of year, chili's a dish that's sure to warm your heart -- and your belly -- so Dr. BBQ cooked up a unique new recipe that's sure to add some spice to FOX’s Thursday Night Football.
Pork shoulder cooks down significantly during cooking. A 5-pound raw pork shoulder will yield about 3 pounds of cooked meat. So, plan on about ⅓ to ½ pound pulled pork per person.
Skip the steps for making the pork and go straight to cooking the onions and chile sauce. Then, all you have to do is add your leftover pulled pork into the soup, add the hominy, and simmer.
This recipe uses both cubed beef chuck and pork shoulder for a chunky, meat-foward chili. Dried guajillo chiles make things smooth and rich, and chiles de arbol add heat.
