Right now, the rare full Penn Line trip from Perryville to our nation's capital takes a little less than two hours. A drive without traffic from Wilmington to Baltimore requires a little over an hour.

The first round of cuts are expected Aug. 24, just as the university begins its fall semester, with another round in January.
