While Astronomer, the US company that came to the limelight because of Coldplay controversy, announced that Andy Byron resigned from the CEO post and is now hunting for a new CEO to take over, its silence over HR head Kristin Cabot is being questioned.

"I am a French model and singer-songwriter from Paris that just had her identity stolen," Julie Tuzet told Newsweek.

"Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy is currently serving as interim CEO given Andy Byron has been placed on leave," a statement from the company read. The decision came after Byron was spotted hugging a woman, later identified as Kristin Cabot.

The Coldplay frontman unintentionally captured the CEO allegedly cheating on his wife when the tech exec was seen showing PDA with his HR chief, Kristin Cabot.
