The Netflix series "Heartstopper," featuring a young adult queer romance plot, will end with a movie on the streaming service.

In lieu of a fourth season, Netflix will finish the 'Heartstopper' storyline with a feature film, based on Alice Oseman’s upcoming 'Heartstopper Volume 6.'

The hit Netflix series, which ran for three seasons, made the announcement Tuesday morning. “‘Heartstopper’ will return, bigger than ever,” the streamer posted on X. “A ‘Heartstopper’ movie, our final chapter based on Alice Oseman’s upcoming volume six, is coming!!!”
