The Supreme Court says the Trump administration can remove eight noncitizens it moved to deport to South Sudan from where they are being held temporarily in Djibouti.

The Supreme Court on Thursday cleared the way for the the Trump administration to deport to South Sudan a group of migrants that have been held for weeks on a military base in Djibouti.

The Supreme Court on Thursday clarified that a recent decision does not prevent President Donald Trump from trying to send eight convicted criminals to South Sudan, a move that had been blocked by a federal judge who accused the administration of defying his instructions.
