The Norfolk Airport Authority has announced that Melinda Montgomery will become its new chief operations officer and a vice president, starting in early June.

The Dale A. Gregory Transportation Center is opened today for paid public parking following a ribbon-cutting ceremony in celebration of the fully completed 320-space parking area.
