A brawl in a Bronx park on Tuesday night ended with two teens stabbed during what police called a fight between groups of young men. One did not survive.

A 14-year-old boy was stabbed to death inside a Bronx playground on Tuesday, according to the NYPD. It happened at the Williamsbridge Oval Playground off Bainbridge Avenue around 7:30 p.m. Police said 14-year-old Angel Mendoza was found with stab wounds all over his body.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 17-year-old male with stab wounds to his abdomen and shoulder, and a 14-year-old male with multiple stab wounds throughout his body,” the NYPD said.
