Senior Pakistan players felt shocked and disrespected after PCB scrapped Category A from contracts, demoting Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan to Category B
LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the launch of the first-ever PCB Talent Hunt Programme for Schools, beginning in September 2025, after months of detailed planning and coordination with educational institutions nationwide. The initiative will feature two major tournaments:
Bayer's Monsanto agreed to resolve lawsuits representing more than 200 plaintiffs who allege they were sickened by exposure to polychlorinated biphenyls at Sky Valley Education Center in Washington state. The agreement doesn't include adverse jury decisions in nine prior cases involving 49 plaintiffs, which the company is continuing to appeal.
Bayer said on Monday it reached agreements in principle with more than 200 plaintiffs to resolve the so-called Sky Valley Education Center product liability cases related to the chemical PCB, but said payments were already reflected in recent financial reporting.
Monsanto has now reached agreements in principle to resolve all Sky Valley Education Center cases, representing more than 200 plaintiffs overall, with the exception of the prior adverse verdicts that remain on appeal.
