Limited has submitted its draft red herring prospectus to SEBI, aiming to raise capital through an initial public offering.

JSW Cement will launch its initial public offering on August 7. The IPO size is Rs 3,600 crore. It will open on August 7 and close on August 11. The IPO includes a fresh issue and an offer for sale.
