Based on the way some of the dams along the Cumberland River were constructed, many won't be able to hold back much water this weekend.

"There is a plan on the table to bring a water line from the Cumberland River down to the Columbia area to serve that entire region," said Bryson. This past summer, the Duck River had double trouble.
