The restaurant has an omakase-style sushi counter Tokiwa, a Washoku room with traditional Japanese cuisine, and Teppan grill room showcasing chefs’ cooking skills.

The Aiea restaurant was first opened in 1947 by brothers Richard and Henry Chagami and is registered as a historic building.
