The Los Angeles Lakers have made a bold move by acquiring Luka Doncic from the Dallas Mavericks, but the real work has just begun.

Despite those issues, the Lakers wouldn't hesitate to give Doncic a massive extension this offseason. The five-time All-Star is no longer eligible to get a supermax this summer after being traded by the Mavericks, but can still get a four-year, $228.6 million extension.
