After five seasons on CBS, the action drama The Equalizer is coming to an end signaling the finale for both fans and cast. The show starring Queen Latifah as the tough Robyn McCall, made its mark within the long-running franchise and became a Sunday night TV favorite.

For Latifah, however, the show “blew past every dream we had for it,” calling its five-season run “surreal.” Latifah did not use her Instagram post to encourage fans to write their local streamer services about reviving the series.
