Flemish actor Chris Cauwenberghs, best known for his role as Kabouter Lui in the children’s series Kabouter Plop, has died.

A video of 7 year old Ali, seen waving for help amid the aftermath of an Israeli airstrike, went viral last week. CNN spoke to Ali and his mother at a nearby hospital just days later.
