The Arizona Senate passed a bill 17-13 on bipartisan lines that would enable Taser-maker Axon to build a headquarters in Scottsdale.

Scottsdale Councilman Barry Graham will be investigated by an independent panel, stemming from his role in funding for a sidewalk project.
