In Norfolk, the Hope House Foundation announces the return for their 41st annual Stockley Gardens Spring Arts Festival.

The permit for Orange Crush is a one-day festival on April 19 on Tybee, but other events will be Friday and Sunday around Savannah and South Carolina.
