Brown was on the Denver Nuggets championship team two seasons ago. His best season was last year when he averaged 12.1 points and 4.7 rebounds for the Indiana Pacers. Known for his versatility, he can guard all five positions, something he said he had to do to survive in the NBA.

Adding Bruce Brown and Kelly Olynyk to the roster gives the Pelicans some more experience. That is what David Griffin wanted to get, and he is excited about what these two guys bring to the team.

Brown scored double-digit points in four of five NBA Finals games vs. Miami, including 21 points in a Game 4 road victory that put Denver in control of the series.
