Colorado Springs native and Army veteran Edwin Beck turned 100 years old. He served in both World War Two and the Korean War.

The Pikes Peak Library District has reopened its branch in Manitou Springs after three years. They cut the ribbon and let the public into the building to see the finished project on Friday afternoon.
