SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) -Due to the incoming rain and storms, the volunteer day to help move storm debris is postponed. The city says they will reschedule when the forecast looks better.

The city of Springfield canceled Thursday’s day of volunteering to assist the elderly, disabled, and others who cannot move storm debris.

The storms will weak with time, but could redevelop this afternoon.
